Dr. Naylor and her staff are truly the best! She was great with going over my treatment options, her staff were friendly and welcoming and Ethan went over all the payment and finance options with me. My entire family will do treatment with this group!
I don’t post many bad reviews, but I think other people should be aware of how difficult this office is. I tried to set an appointment up for my child who has Caresource and when asked my address, the employee said that we might be too far away to receive services? I asked what an acceptable amount of miles is and she said their policy is you have to live 50 miles or less away. I said cool, we live 38 miles away.
