I ordered flowers for my wife to be sent to her at work. I ordered the first set of flowers pictured “love fest” from their website. I was told on the phone that it might not be exact but it would be close. Looks nothing like what I ordered. Looks like funeral flowers in a bowl. The flowers were delivered to the wrong place all for $64.. I won’t be ordering flowers from West Union Flower Shop again.
Not once, but twice did they come through with beautiful prom flowers! Thanks
Anytime I've called there is never a answer which is aggravating so always have to go with another flowershop .
I live in Texas I placed my order on line had no problems delivered exactly what I ordered the same day I will definitely use this florist in the future for ordering
