Attendant was impatient and basically rude. I left and went a few stores down to the US Post Office and got a better rate and nicer service.

If you value your shipment, go elsewhere! – I wish I would have read the other review before heading over to this location. It was the nearest shipping store around my office and I was in a hurry so I decided to give these folks some business, whats the chance of having problems? All they do is ship right? First off, I was charged 20 bucks to ship a small lightweight box to NY from TX! Then the worker said he would send a confirmation with a tracking number through email.... he didn't! Don't Do Business With These Folks - Ever – They will cheat you in anyway possible. They are supposed to charge standard UPS rates. They don't. They claim the rates come from the "computer". In fact, they make them up. Go to the actual UPS Store at 2429 Bissonnet Street, Houston, TX (713) 529-4132). You will be charged less and get better service.
