Great customer service.
2 day shipping was placed. It's been over a week and my order is in limbo with the "manufacturer" in a "label created" status. Customer support is non existent and no attempt to communicate with the buyer (myself) has been made about the delay. Very unsatisfying. I'm starting to wonder if I'll even get the product. If I don't hear back from someone this week I'm calling my bank to file a charge back. If an order isn't going to be fulfilled by the timeline provided, please at least communicate!
This establishment has top notch customer service. Excellent quality of product and industry knowledge. I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend them.
