The guys did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely
I am very disappointed with this company. They cracked our sidewalk, and I told them how my mom who is 80 lives with us and how she walks on that sidewalk. Apparently it's on their contract that they are not responsible for damages to the sidewalk. Always read your contracts. It's definitely sloppy work for them to damage the sidewalk.
Good people to deal with. Excellent job. Very detailed. Really good about keeping you in the loop.
My experience with West Tree Service was 5-star from start to finish. Bill came out right away to quote the job, taking pics and careful notes along the way. Sofia was responsive and helpful with scheduling and questions. Alex and his crew were masterful on trimming day. They took great care of my big oaks and my precious mango tree.
West Tree Service did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
