Great service great prices. They were $100 cheaper on cvt trans service from other local shops and got us in and out same morning!
Undoubtedly the best mechanical experience I’ve had in many years. Came in with what I thought was a faulty transmission, turns out it was a busted turbo. They took care of it in less than 24 hours, answered every phone call and question asked all with a great attitude. Highly recommend.
West Transmission and Total Auto Care does great work with a quick turnaround. Their receptionist was very helpful and courteous. I had a ball joint go out on my 1989 GMC Sierra, and was turned away at other shops in the area - most said they were either too backed up or did not work on trucks as old as mine. West had no problem taking my truck in, and took care of the repairs in about one day.
