Great service and friendly staff. Very happy with this store and I will be back!
They always take good care of me! I’ve purchased bikes here that are very nice and I’ve also come in for repairs and upgrades to my bike. They taught me how I could change my own tire if I got a flat on a trail. I recently broke a brake due to the way I put my bike in my car and assumed it was at least a $50 repair and a week with no bike- but when I came in they fixed it on the spot for no charge. I also love that they’re a locally owned small business.
Barely gave me the time of day when I walked in, I asked for two bikes to be fully serviced. Both had flat tires and they said they would replace the tubes. I got the bikes back 2 weeks later. They told me I needed a new shock on the front of one of the bikes but they could not get it in. I took the bikes home and less than a week later when I went to take one of them out. Stopped in for some minuscule hardware missing from a bike that was ordered online and incomplete. They saved the day and were very helpful getting me what was needed to assemble an 8yo’s birthday bike. Great selection of bikes, made me want a new one. I’ll def be back! Bikes have come a long way since my last one decades ago. Thanks again!!!
UPDATE: The owner, Mike, reached out and indicated the charges to cut and install the kickstands were incorrect in the system. He has issued an appropriate credit. Thank you, Mike, for your professionalism and initiative in addressing the matter. Previous post: Service is great, but service prices are outrageous. Had two tires put on a kid's bike and two kickstands for two bikes. $150! $30 to install tires, $50 to install kickstands, which have one nut to tighten. I would have just installed them myself.
