Nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish. My coworker had referred me to this periodontist and I brought my referral for a gum graft on several teeth. The customer service here is amazing, very accommodating, and very understanding. Though they did not offer direct billing with my specific insurance at this time, Desjardins (through no fault of their own and only of the insurance company themselves) they helped me through the process of filing the claim right after the procedure concluded. Dr Leung and staff In a single word excellent! Dr Leung was very pleasant, explained everything he was going to do in advance and demonstrated expertise and caring. I never write reviews but truth be told I am terrified of dentists. I highly recommend him. And his team is also great, very smart, knowledgeable and helpful.
