I called West Vets told me they could help with my guinea pig when I called to ask about treating ketosis. The receptionist assured me they could, so I made the hour-long drive only to be told during the consultation that my guinea pig was pregnant and that they couldn’t actually provide treatment. First surgery for a senior dog, west Vet’s staff made the process so stress-free, gave great information and quote prior, which I cannot say the same for a few other vets that I have contacted in town. Post surgery care was amazing and easy to follow up via email for any questions for vet. Thank you for giving my dog Buffy great care, I’m so glad my dog is happy, and I’m hopeful it will give him a few more years of quality life. Thank you team.
