Tony is a personal friend. I would never have anyone else work on my HVAC! That goes for his entire crew as well. We worked in a hell hole factory together for a while and he knows his stuff. You cannot go wrong with West TN HVAC!
Tony and his technicians are easy to work with and reliable. Very prompt on returning calls and text messages. Does a great job , doesn't charge an arm and a leg like some other hvac companies. His techs know what their doing.
My basement flooded recently and I was told I would need a whole new furnace even though the unit was only three years old. The first company I contacted wouldn't even quote a price to repair the unit. The quote I got to replace the furnace was thousands of dollars. I called Tony to come out and take a look at everything to get a second opinion and it was a decision that saved me thousands of dollars.
