I walked up to counter and was lost. I asked the woman at country if this was UT family practice bc i have not been in here since they moved. I asked 3 times and she never responded. Asked my name and date of birth and went silent. So i sat down. Then she gonna say hey you want to be seen i need more info. She didn't want to even fit us in. My girlfriend had a 10am appointment on 4/15/24 to follow up from a hospital stay She arrived at 9:47am. She waited one hour and 20 minutes for her appointment. People who arrived after her were seen and discharged.She finally got up and left when they could not tell her what time she would actually be seen. This is unacceptable! I don't recommend this place.
