Update: 6/8/26 I feel that it is only correct to edit this review. We received a check in the mail with a note apologizing for an inconvenience of an oversight of the missed phone call along with a check to help with the repair cost; however the truck has been repaired for a little while now, it does help to see the check in the , and it’s good to know that we weren’t completely ignored. My husband bought a used Toyota Tundra from here because the Toyota's are know for their durability and he wanted to buy local. We hav SUV's, and Sedan's but nothing to haul with if we needed it. In less than a month the truck had to have a new motor. Unfortunately for my husband he was out of town in Louisville, KY. when it happened. I reached out to the dealership to see if Mark had any knowledge of any type of issues with this truck since it was such a MAJOR malfunction, but no response from Mark.
