Bad title company. I just got my title cleared that west title said they wouldn't clear. I had to pay just over 11,000$ to get the clean title. Why did I pay for title insurance when they don't stand by their work?
don't use them! I purchased a house that sits on 5 lots (.45 acre) but West Title only did a title search on 2 lots. needles to say I only got 2 lots in my name. so half my house, septic and well are not even in my name. if they were to do a title search like they are supposed to they would have caught that! they said there is nothing they can do. I cant refinance or sell my house due to a bad title!
