RecommendedThanks to all involved in the replacement of my windshield. I found everyone I came in contact with to be pleasant and actually happy, which you don't see much of these days. I called two days ago in a panic as I found a crack in my windshield while traveling, and was told they would order the new windshield the next day and replace the old one as soon as it came in, which was today, and they did. Had a set appointment dropped he truck off an hour early. Came back later still was sitting outside hadn’t even pulled it in. Asked why they hadn’t started yet and the answer I got was they will get to it soon. Mean while shop guys appeared to not be to busy. On their phones. Maybe they were but perception was they could careless about my scheduled appointment
Of course I work here, but there's a reason that I've stuck with it, I believe in being part of something bigger than myself, and doing the best job I possibly can on other people's vehicles.
