I’ve brought my pets to this vet for years and always had positive experiences, but recently I went through something heartbreaking that I feel needs to be shared. My cat was attacked while I was out of town, and when I rushed her in to get checked, the urgency of her condition was dismissed. I waited over thirty minutes before I finally had to ask the staff to please take her to the back and clean her wounds.
