I have only had 8 TMS treatments so far, so I can't really give feedback in that regard. I can speak to the nature of the staff. Everyone that I have dealt with obviously has my best interests at heart. The staff is considerate, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I have had the most interaction with Amber, the office manager. She has been such a Godsend, solving whatever problems have arisen anywhere on the spectrum from insurance to my personal comfort.
