Overall a great place to visit. All of the employees are as professional as it gets. The level of experience shows itself. The admins working the desk up front and after the appointment are wonderful and always willing to assist on making sure you are squared away for your next visit. Definitely will recommend WTRC to anyone looking for an amazing eye specialist facility.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Overcharged for tests my regular eye doctor had already done 2 weeks prior. Said they were cutting me a deal if I paid in full before leaving, only to call me the next day saying they needed more money. Was told my procedure was going to be painful, but they offer nothing to relax you during the procedure and no pain management afterwards. Told to take a tylenol. I am not sure why I was referred to this place, but I will never go back. Horrified at all interactions.
The staff is friendly and efficient, Dr Zaveleta is has improved my vision immensely. A+
