Does not take care of Veterans. Made an appointment fir my husband and they thought it was funny that we drove up over an hour just to find out that no git the referral done and the appointment had to be rescheduled. The office staff smiled at my disabled husband which I find insulting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility
Today I needed emergency laser eye surgery. I had a great experience at this place! Dr. Patel and his team were absolutely great!
Scary place, they move you around from room to room, and you hear older people talking about getting needs in your so it wasn't a comfortable place, the cost of you pay all up front isn't bad, but very expensive if you do not.
My Doctor is okay, just wish he could give me more than 5 minutes, especially since I usually wait anywhere from an hour to two hours just to be seen.
Had been dealing with serious eye issues for awhile after a couple of opthalmology visits with a couple of different doctors they were both confused and one finally referred me to west texas retina consultants to see Dr. Zavaleta. After the first appointment he knew exactly what was going on and diagnosed me with Punctate inner choroiditis in both of my eyes, now that we knew what was going on Dr. Zavaleta was able to recommend what i should do next.
