While the doctor very very sweet and kind in person , the West Texas orthotics office is consistently the most unprofessional medical office we have ever dealt with. My daughter’s gotten braces from here multiple times, and every single time there has been an issue along every step of the way. I would give them no stars because they don't even deserve one star. Just like the previous review they did me that way twice. They use the excuse it takes about 6-9 weeks. No it doesn't. I went in to get incerts I told the person my shoe size. After almost 4 month I go back and that person had the wrong size but said let me go in the back and get the right size. I'm supposed to get three pairs they gave me one pair and said they had to research it. We both got the same letter that said three pairs. They said they would call... read more

Had a great experience when I brought my child to get casted for AFO's. I gave 2 stars due to the lack of communication and accountability of getting things needed done! When casted for my toddler I was told it will take 6 weeks to make and I'd get a call when they are done. BUT after 7 WEEKS I call to get an update after patiently waiting, just to find out someone didn't do their job and didn't try to get a confirmation from the doctor to make them. So after 7+ WEEKS they still haven't even began getting them made... very d... read more
