I would give them no stars because they don't even deserve one star. Just like the previous review they did me that way twice. They use the excuse it takes about 6-9 weeks. No it doesn't. I went in to get incerts I told the person my shoe size. After almost 4 month I go back and that person had the wrong size but said let me go in the back and get the right size. Had a great experience when I brought my child to get casted for AFO's. I gave 2 stars due to the lack of communication and accountability of getting things needed done! When casted for my toddler I was told it will take 6 weeks to make and I'd get a call when they are done. BUT after 7 WEEKS I call to get an update after patiently waiting, just to find out someone didn't do their job and didn't try to get a confirmation from the doctor to make them.
