My husband had a Rx for orthotics sent over in December 2024. He has called dozens of times and left messages, but NO ONE can be bothered to call him back. Almost four months now and no return call???? You would think that when they received the Rx from his doctor that THEY would have reached out at some point?! He is a disabled Veteran in debilitating pain with every step. Just awful. Update: April 28, 2025 and still no phone calls returned.

The women who did the pre employment drug screen for me was extremely rude and un cooperative. She made getting a simple drug screen a very negative, humiliating experience. The staff at west Texas rehab need training in treating their patients with dignity and respect.
