Sad to see Dr.T leave
Dr. Lopez was thorough, and explained everything very well. This was my first appointment. Everything went downhill after that. Absolutely ZERO COMMUNICATION before, during or after my procedures. It felt like an impersonal assembly line. I had 4 procedures total. Not once did anyone, doctor, nurse, PA, nobody ask me how I felt or offered any advice on dealing with pain, swelling or any complications after the procedures.
