After dealing with lower back pain for several years; I needed to find a solution. I did not want surgery and knew there had to be a better way. After being sent to West TX Neck @ Back, I finally can resume normal activities. The staff and Doctors are knowledgeable, courteous and provided a enjoyable experience during my treatment. I Highly recommend them!

As a D1 basketball player, I put a lot of stress on my body. Especially my back. This chiropractor has been a game-changer as an athlete. He’s helped relieve my back pain, improve my mobility, and keep me feeling great through the season. Super knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. Easily the best chiropractor I’ve worked with!

Unfortunately, it was a waste of money for me. Spent $3600 for a condition that can only be corrected through surgery. The decompression and adjustments did not alleviate the pain and now I'm stuck paying off the rest of my balance. They told me I could expect feeling better throughout my 24 sessions but it seemed like a lost cause as I had absolutely no relief.

I went to see Dr. Partain for hip pain and he suggested the spinal decompression. It worked! I have no hip pain and it’s been a month since my last decompression. Little did I know what else that was going to help. I have been suffering with not being able to swallow my food very well for almost ten years. I have had many procedures with very little results. Now I’m able to swallow my food with no problems. Dr. Partain literally changed my life and I will forever be grateful to him and his staff. Thank you Dr. Partain!

They don’t take insurance like they advertise. After a wonderful visit with Dr. Partain and an adjustment from him he will not work with you anymore. He will assign you to different chiropractors. If you do not have cash, you have to apply through care credit. The cost is $3500. I still have migraines and so much pain but I still have to work.
