A loan officer at the Pecos branch was so rude to my wife that she made her cry. Also, this bank told me that getting a loan sounds doable. It wasn't. They're all a bunch of liars. We just opened accounts today but are closing them, tomorrow. What does that tell you?
Inside you are treated really great. But sadly the employees working the bank drive though need to work on their communication skills. This is not what I expect from a bank handling many major business accounts. Just because your not face to face with someone doesn't mean you get to act arrogant.
