Scheduled me 3 months out as I called when the incident happened she calls me 2 days Before the appointment on a Sunday and cancels because she can only “fix injuries within 6 days”
The doctor and nurses are fabulous!! The clerical people need some people skills. I wanted to pay at the time of service, my deductible is high and I knew I hadn’t met it, but they didn’t know how much I would owe. That was in July. First bill I received on the 20th October, paid on the 28th, check was deposited on the 3rd of November, Threatening call on the 8th of November, saying it was going to collections by the end of the week.
