Superior quality materials. Impeccable detailed work. Open communication. Beautiful job. I will be using them again. I am so very pleased! Had soffit, siding, fascia, and windows wrapped. Makes such a difference to the aesthetics of the home and the wraps less dust
Excellent and high quality!!! They aided our chimney and sis such a great job that our roofers were concerned they might damage the work when pulling the old shingles. Instead, they sent Justin who can and removed the flashing before the roof was installed and then returned exactly when he said he would to reinstall the flashing. Excellent company to work with and so grateful they worked with our roofing schedule so our home continues to look great!
I had West Texas Exteriors replace my windows and install siding on my home a few years ago. My utility bills went down considerably and my home looks great! (and I don’t ever have to worry about scraping and painting again!) But the really, really outstanding thing to me about West Texas Exteriors is their customer service which is behind compare. Not only is their work ethic wicked good— every one of them has been friendly, courteous, polite, and very, very helpful. I think they’re the best anywhere!
I tossed and turned about writing a review because I don't want to keep dealing with them, but I keep finding more issues... The onsite staff are arrogant and lazy. They brag constantly about what good work they do, but they will leave all sorts of obvious, brain-dead issues all over the property - some of which would be quite costly in the future if I hadn't caught them. The windows and door are great! Could not of had a better experience with the installation. Linsey was so efficient and knowledgeable of her work she was amazing and the quality work was great! She was very personable and attentive to my questions and I highly recommend her.
