The office and staff itself is fine, but be careful of how they file things with your insurance. My son failed the hearing test at school so we have been going every 6 months to ensure that he passes the test and there are no concerns. Surgery went ok. Be prepared for a different story between Dr and PA. She said it would be done in the office, nope, had to go somewhere else. This office won't answer a phone call. They texted constantly, "I Must sign in 3 days before and the day before and the day of my visit" and the billing is will send you emails and texts from 3 different entities. My daughter had to have tubes put in a month after she turned 1 due to an ear infection that wouldn’t go away. We were referred here and have seen both Amanda Dukes and Dr. Acevedo throughout her care over the past 2 years. They both have been amazing with her as she’s grown and needed checkups every 6 months. They always get us back to the room quickly and her exams are fast and efficient.
