This is probably going to be a bit of a ramble, but I have so much to say, hope it all makes sense. We had a few red flags when we first started there. Such as there is noone too call when your card is declined for no reason after hours of 530pm as well as weekends. that happened a couple of times. If you need to speak with fraud protection you will be given the runaround and never receive that number. You are not allowed to speak with fraud. Great place to bank with. Banking locally really helps.
Horrible service- excellent credit 0 debt to income and these people went out of their way not to help me with a loan- absolutely unprofessional- do not recommend this place to anyone- tried an entire day and a half to process a loan that should have taken an hour- very unpleasant experience- no priority on customer- location B 2nd attempt- why don’t you just use your own bank- I tell you these people are out of hand- I’m sure there no leadership here-
We have been going here to this bank for over 30 yrs! Best bank there is and the people who work here are so very good at their job. We wouldn't switch over to another bank for nothing. Give them 10 🌟's if I could! Thank you, Bill and LaDona Purser
