We've brought our dogs here multiple times and it was always fine. But recently we have noticed a rough treatment to our dogs. I undertsand certain practices for safety but there should also be a clear line of communication for such actions. If you do not want your dog dragged by the leash or muzzled without notification, do not come here.

I had an emergency with my big girl, Raleigh, and they saved her life taking her in immediately for surgery. Now with my little one, the staff is so sweet. Technician Michael trimmed my baby's nails and Dr. Jacqueline answered all my questions when I first brought her in. Even though they take walk-ins, I have never waited there longer than an hour and the prices are definitely reasonable.
Thorough and fast service. Happy with this practice.
