I followed Dr P to his new clinic from a different rheumatology office several years ago. I have been very happy seeing Dr P. He’s the only doctor that ever listened to me and been equally concerned at my history and pain. That being said, I have now seen his two NPs Matthew and Christina since my initial diagnosis. I just moved here from the Midwest. I wanted to establish with a new rheumatologist. I’m so happy I found this place. The facility is beautiful. I saw Matthew Molina, he was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything. Great bedside manner.
Dr. P and Dr. Pauda are amazing. They answer e-messages, suggest medicine options, and listen when I talk to them about my issues. They are both always willing to explain things and take their time with me. Lubbock is lucky to have them here.
Dr. P and Christina took good care of my mother and got her in quickly when needed. They kept a close eye on her progress with her treatment and were always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate her since she was an out of town patient. After my mother passed, Dr. P was the only one of many doctors that wrote our family a letter expressing his and his staff’s condolences for our loss. I would rate them high in all categories, but especially in the area of compassion.
I been trying to make an appointment, each time I call they ask me for a call back number to set up an appointment then never call me back. I tried to call again and they tell me the same thing” I haven’t verified your insurance yet can I get a call back number?” I understand offices are busy, but i know for a fact it only takes a few minutes to make a call and verify the insurance.
