How does this facility lose orders once they are Out for Delivery?? This is the third time this has happened in the last year!!!! Are the drivers incompetent or just thieves?!?!?! Two of the three orders had gifts ordered to have 2-3 days before the events and left no way to get them reordered and delivered on time!!
The driver Jason left my PKG on the ground in the rain by the mailbox which is 500 feet from my house I leave in the country
I’d like to know why there were two Amazon vans (the white ones not your flex drivers) parked in my driveway for 10 minutes using it as a place to rearrange and hand off packages to each other. Dogs going nuts waking up the night shift workers who live here. You can rearrange and swap packages in a public parking lot, it’s not ok to do that in someone’s driveway.
