My son was referred there because my his doctor said he needed surgery on his spleen. He went in and was out in 3 mins said doctor said 6 weeks to come back to see if that looked like a cyst would shrink, then I called the doctor to find out when his surgery is and he changed his mind to 6 months for him to come back...He went back in February and doctor did same thing told him he wanted to see again in 6 months even though the "cyst got bigger," we found a new doctor in Nashville who listened to my sons issues and because ... read more

I saw Dr. Patel. I was pleased with him. He did an upper and lower on me and then went on vacation for a month. I waited a week and checked my medical portal online (PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECORDS). My radiology report had a few troublesome findings. I call Patel’s nurse. She said I tried to call you last week, all your results are good. Our first visit was great. The second procedure visit was really bad. I asked the receptionist if I needed to sign in and I was told no not unless she called us. My husband's appt. was at 7:00 am. There was a lady that come in at 7:30 for her appt and was called back right away. We were still sitting there. I ask the lady why and she she well did you resister. I schedule an appointment for a Well Care, but I was charged for an office visit. As one would do when they visit a clinic for the first time, you fill out forms pertaining to your history, so based on the history, I was charged. The coding was so incorrect. Do not visit this facility, they are after your money. I complained to the WTH billing department that I shouldn't have been charged for the service, but they gave me some lame excuse. Never in my life have I been more offended by a medical "professional". Dr. Kayal is not only a joke, but he is also VERY rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
