My father had seen Holly Shroud, FNP at the walk-in clinic for a general cold. We were impressed with her professionalism and the fact that she listened to our concerns. My father had established a primary care doctor at another medical facility at the beginning of 2024, after 3 separate visits to that clinic we were unsatisfied and at the point of finding another primary care doctor. We have now changed to Dr. Shroud as his primary care doctor. We have been pleased with the Northside Medical clinic and their staff.
