When I was in ICU there was a black lady I hope I spell her name right toya she really left a great impression on me I hated it when I was moved to the first floor it was just like night and day I was had to beg for them to take and I'll be out that blowed in my arm they let it sit in there for 2 hours told I can leave told her I had to wait they were so confused they didn't know what they was doing but in the long run it was for my best but I have to give it to ICU nurses Y'all are the greatest and the best I've never treat... read more
I went in a few years ago to have a (painful) procedure done, and while I was there, I met a real life angel. His name is Jerry Zeigler, and he definitely left a mark on my heart. He went above and beyond to comfort me, and I'm forever grateful to him. I may never see or hear from him again, but I'm a better person for having met him. Thank you times a million, Mr Zeigler, and God bless!!!!

I am not happy with the service and care I received at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Because I am diabetic I was given an appointment of 7:00 a.m. on June 8th for an outpatient procedure that I would be sedated. I arrived at the hospital at 6:30 and was through admissions by 7:10 and back in a waiting room with my wife who was driving me home. Don't believe the "positive propaganda" of the on hold music of these liars. They don't care about the patients they see. They only care about the money that is collected. They will refuse to see you if you miss appointments - even if it is due to having a heart attack!!!! I wish there was a way to leave a zero star rating because they don't even deserve a single star!!!! It is a very sad day when the doctors of this world become as bad or worse than the corporate snakes slithering in the grass!!
