While the staff is normally super friendly, today was different. I tried asking about being able to unlock additional fine-tuning in the app. I had read somewhere...I couldn't remember where it was. That much is on me. The woman who initially assisted me was friendly, but confused by my question. She went to get some help and came back with a very rude, condescending, and a few other words. Took my dad their for a cleaning for his hearing aids. Easy in and out, no wait (appointment needed). Professional, Caring staff.
