If I could give zero stars, I would. They have a doctor that is banned in the state of TN from writing prescriptions but it doesn't stop him, you will just find out later at the pharmacy! Not to mention they didn't do ANYTHING to help my health issues and I'm actually worse off! If you're wanting help I suggest going to Memphis or Nashville and don't go anywhere that west tn healthcare is affiliated in an emergency!

It is outpatient surgery , staff is nice pre opp and surgery staff great top notch IMO , post opp AWFUL its like how fast can they get you out the door , proper procedure not followed in my post opp- my driver had to stop at Milan Hosp emergency room on the way home (30 minutes down the road) because of being released to soon .completely avoidable with proper post opp

I have to stop and take the time to give this place a good review because for years, I’ve heard so many bad things about the hospital. I haven’t elderly mother who needed emergency care, and I took a chance going to this hospital to bypass the long lines and exposure to illnesses due to overcrowding at the other hospital downtown. We were not disappointed one bit. These doctors and “specialists” don’t care if you live or die. Don’t take yourself or anyone you care about to this place. Emergency room and cardiology are so quick to write off a woman having chest pain, heart palpitations, and loss of consciousness as “anxiety” even after wearing an expensive heart monitor that I had to fight to even get, that PROVED I have a heart condition.
