Called Jackson office @ 8 am on Wed Oct 15, got the menu, pushed 1 for app. Got music!! Waited for a very long time on speaker, finally hung up!! Called again @ 9)30 am same thing!! Called again @ 12pm and finally got someone. Told the lady I need an appointment and will need a shot in my wrist to relieve corpal tunnel syndrome. I selected Huntington clinic since it was closer.
