The whole process was very thorough and quick. Shane was very prompt and tentative to my son, making sure that he and I both understood what was going on. Assured my son that even with a scary name, it wasn’t very serious. He made sure to give recommendations on the things that would help him and even tried to find a product in house that we could leave with. I truly appreciate the effort and the extra care shown.
