Went to talk to the owner about his storage units and he told me that i need to pay a year in advance and he only does one year contracts in addition does a background and credit check. I have never heard of anything so crazy in my life I'm surprised he's still in business.

Very very rude has no customer service skills! I would never rent nor recommend someone to rent from here
