I recently contacted Ironman 4x4 regarding a broken arm on my awning. The person I communicated with was polite and did reply to my emails, so I appreciate that. However, the final answer from the company was extremely disappointing. I was told that the arm is a “non-replaceable component” and that no spare parts exist. This basically means that if a single arm breaks, the entire awning becomes useless and the only solution is to throw it away.
