New boiler just fitted by Adrian who took great care to do a first class job. Very smooth process throughout, with thanks also to Matt.
This was my first time using West Sussex Plumbing and Heating. The service and communication have been excellent from start to finish. On the day of installation, Olie and AJ attended the property. Both were friendly, polite, and very professional. I’m very pleased with the service, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Matt, Izzy and Elaine were great. They made time to attend promptly, identified the issue, ordered the parts and Izzy returned to fit. He worked extremely fast and was personable and professional. Will only be contacting West Sussex plumbing & heating in future, they are thoroughly reliable.
Really impressed with all contact with this company. The office responded super quick to my web enquiry and the tricky stopcock replacement was completed two days later by Izzy who was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
