The most RUDE RECEPTIONIST EVER! I was simply calling looking for a new Dr for my ear issues and the most inconsiderate rude person answered not interested in why I was even calling. Such a procedure that a new patient must give a huge list of information before even knowing if they can help with my issue. Or have an appt when I need it. I will be contacting their H.R. department of Amita health and complaining about this situation bc no one in health care should treat another human like a piece of garbage.
