Excellent Customer Service My family and I have been banking with West Suburban Bank for 25+ years and we have never had bad service with them. This specific location has helped me tremendously with getting special letters written in regards to my accounts for a home loan and staying open a few mins later b/c they knew I was coming from the train. I couldn't ask for a better bank and staff.
