They are the best people! I did not buy my mower from them, and regardless they still helped me out. I reached out to multiple Toro dealerships in the area with no luck, but West Street Home and Auto were there to help me. They have earned my business going forward! This is my first time using the West Street lawnmower repair shop, but I have heard great things from my neighbors. I dropped off a Toro Recycler Lawnmower in which the self-paced drive was inoperative. Within 2 weeks they changed the belt, installed a new cable assembly and installed a new disengagement spring. It now runs like a brand new mower! I then initiated a work order for a full service of my John Deere Lawn Tractor, which they came to my home within a week and picked it up for me. Steve and staff always take care of their customers. They know just about everyone by first name not like the big stores where you are just a number. They are very competitive and their shop can take care of all repairs.

I hate to give negative reviews. Especially for a smaller locally owned business. I spoke to a lady that answered the phone, and asked for the service department. She asked me what I needed. I explained to her that I had a zero turn, commercial grade mower that would not start and that the steering hydraulics, on one side, had become sluggish.
