Honestly Sam totally rude and don’t care who he rips off. Be careful when buying a car from him. When the car we brought broke down less than one day. Ask if I could bring it back which he said no has it had no guarantee. Under the consumer act 2015 u are allowed to 2 return the vehicle with a dealer/ trader. Even tho it has no guarantee. I can't recommend Sam enough. I was looking for an honest, reliable and open car dealer with a proper premesis and reputation. I found Sam to be all of this and more. He is really clear and helpful and he seems to source cars very thoughtfully. I've had the car about a month now and it's been flawless. Sam fixed one or two minor defects which the car had (only to be expected for a starter car over 10 years old). This was well above my expectations of what needed to be done. Highly, highly recommended and a really nice bloke.
Absolute waste or time and rude service. Contacted them, they said all I need is my drivers license for a test drive. We come down, they refused to let us test drive without doing a hard check on my account for finance or showing proof I have funds. Couldn't be reasoned with. Company brought my car from car wow and backed out a day before collection. Very disappointing and unprofessional Edit: company rescheduled to pick the car up due to me not receiving the full documents and cancelled a day before the pick up
Cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a reliable car this is the place to go. Excellent customer service from Sam from when we first entered the lot to leaving the lot with our new car Sam has been a delight and really helpful. He left us alone when we first arrived to look at the car which we really liked and he came over once we had finished.
