I have been with Dr James Richard’s for a number of years. And the experience is always positive and pleasant. His expertise helped me through a few cases smoothly. Most importantly, it’s his caring and friendly attitude which is definitely a comfort!
One of the most rudest and unprofessional people working as the receptionist. Hated having to answer my questions and just giving a hard time time with basic information . I feel bad for the people who have to deal with her over the phone, she shouldn’t be in this field if she’s talking like this with customers or people in need of help. Ruined my day thanks .
