Very rude staff. They won't send you any test results unless you've spoken to the doctor. But if your results are normal, then there's no need to talk to the doctor. I tried explaining this to the front end but the lady just yelled at me.
Regrettably, the reviews about the reception staff are correct.
Dr. Ghoneim is a family doctor that really cares about her patients. She is measured, intelligent and always takes the time to make sure you and your family's needs are well attended to. We are very lucky to have her .
Dr.Ghoneim is the best I could have ever wished for! I understand it's a small office, missing a lot of resources, but the level of medical care makes up for all of it.
