Excellent meal. Great table staff who are attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended for a meal when in Toowoomba.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cullum and his team at West Star Mercedes in Toowomba..From the moment I raised a concern about a crack in the steel rim of my campervan rear tyre, Cullum handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. His team took videos and photos that used to lodge the claim directly with Mercedes. It shows Mercedes-Benz Toowoomba does not follow requirements of clients. Also, to make thinks worse, the Manager of Mercedes-Benz Toowoomba admitted that the company performed wrong works without authorisation of client.
