Absolutely terrible experience — I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere more reputable. They completely missed that my friend’s turbo in his van wasn’t even connected properly, which led him to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary services chasing a problem they should have identified immediately. That alone should have been a red flag. Purchased a 2018 model Hyundai Tucson from your dealership. Our car had catastrophic engine failure due to excessive oil consumption. Turns out this model is subject to legal class action and the defects are now becoming publicly known. Some models are even catching fire. As the dealership that SOLD this model, you should be making your customers aware of this design flaw so that they don’t experience this same fate. Extremely disappointed once loyal customer!
