Disappointed with Hyundai Toowoomba. Warranty issue approved but unable to repair for weeks and no transport solution offered, leaving us without a usable vehicle. Currently trying to resolve.
Disgusting service! "Josh", the work shop manager is rude, arrogant, incompetent and down right lazy. Bloke needs a major attitude adjustment as he is a major detriment to West star. 3 weeks on a rubber seal only to get the wrong part. No explanation offered nor contact made. All communication is being conducted on our end with no effort what so ever to resolve the issue. Escalation made to the ACCC as a result of continual ongoing issues with no feedback provided by branch itself. Putrid service!

I went to West-Star Hyundai with a friend to look at the Hyundai Venue & Kona She ended up buying a new Red Venue but have to wait till it arrives of the boat. Great service. Thank you for looking after us
Absolutely terrible experience — I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere more reputable. They completely missed that my friend’s turbo in his van wasn’t even connected properly, which led him to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary services chasing a problem they should have identified immediately. That alone should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, after they failed to diagnose his issue, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my own car there, thinking they’d be able to sort it out. Big... read more
