Disappointing. Tried for 2 days to get through to book our Hyundai i30 in for a handbrake repair. In the end I drove down and booked it in. Girl at service reception had limited knowledge of what I expected. 3 staff in reception and no phone calls coming through, maybe they don't want to maintain our car.

Went in for recall work, asked if they can go over the car and let me know a list of things that need to be fixed and that I was happy to pay for the extra work getting done. The car won’t even pass a rode worthy inspection and the said it’s in perfect condition and nothing needs to be replaced. Thanks for your incompetence west-star Hyundai, it puts faith in the work you did do 🤬

I purchased a Kona from west star Hyundai earlier this year. 5 star service from the amazing Mia, who went absolutely above and beyond for me. She was incredibly personable throughout the whole experience, she also was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had an answer to every question we had. Useless.... New phone system tells you what department and you press the number accordingly. Then goes through a series of options and you need to speak it out again. Then it stays on hold for 5-10 mins. Then eventually you have to leave a message. No one calls you back. What a rude bunch. No customer service these days at all! Disappointed

Went in, I knew exactly what model etc I wanted. The staff member asked what I wanted and what options were not negotiable, and I told her. However, she still kept going on about things I didn't want, said what I wanted wasn't suitable for me, even though I had spent hours researching the vehicle I wanted plus had family recommendations, she didn't take the time to show me the vehicle in detail, then said she would call me, and didn't.
