I have a 2023 HYUNDAI TUCSON 2.0 diesel N line purchased from TOOWOOMBA HYUNDAI on 6.4.2023. For approximately the last twelve months it has been having issues. It has had band aided fixes from TOOWOOMBA HYUNDAI. The last visit TOOWOOMBA HYUNDAI admitted that they know what the fault is but HYUNDAI won't fix it, they want us to pay for it. We thought we knew what a WARRANTY stands for, but it means something totally different to HYUNDAI. Great communication and service
We had an issue with a stuck fuel filler door while travelling from North Qld. Made Toowoomba on a wing and diesel fumes. After an extra night stay-over, asked Toowoomba Hyundai early on Monday to assist. They replaced the broken part within a couple of hours on a clearly busy morning of scheduled services. Very grateful to them for getting us back on the road and being able to fill up again.
Today my husband and I went to test drive a tuscan. We took a Kona for a drive and came back to discuss price and trade in details My husband was there on Tuesday and said what we expected. We were not offered anywhere near what we wanted and the quote had changed in 3 days. Not impressed with our treatment and will purchase a car but not from them.
