Purchased a 2018 model Hyundai Tucson from your dealership. Our car had catastrophic engine failure due to excessive oil consumption. Turns out this model is subject to legal class action and the defects are now becoming publicly known. Some models are even catching fire. As the dealership that SOLD this model, you should be making your customers aware of this design flaw so that they don’t experience this same fate. Extremely disappointed once loyal customer!
We have used them for log book service for my 78yo retired mothers car and when I went in to get a slow leak in a tire fixed with faulty sensor and a suspected hole in a muffler fixed I had an awful experience. They do not fix mufflers or tires which is fine. But the expectation is that if they can not do the work DONT TAKE THE JOB and Fleece retirees of money for no work completed. Went in to the service department book a Kona for a software upgrade, girl took my booking... no real issues. Rang Monday 9 Nov in afternoon to query the booking.... no answer... three times i called no answer. Left a message on the message bank, asked for a review and I did hear it play back.... two days later they did not call me. My friend has had her Tuscon every 10k it keeps braking down and West-Star Keep asking for more money but are not fixing the problem
I can never fault this team. So far all my needs have been meet by them. They are kind and honest in their work, which is a credit in this day and age.
