DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company is the one who installed my HVAC system in my new build. Since moving in and turning on the heat, the whole system smells. It has a sweet acetone chemical smells and fills my whole place. They have been out 3 times with two of the times them agreeing there is a smell. They checked for leaks and didn’t find any. I like these guys. I got the name from a friend’s husband who is in new-home construction and said they’re good. They put in a whole-house humidifier for me about a year ago. Miguel seemed knowledgeable, and they were about half as much as Sierra Air. Now a year later, I called with some maintenance and filter questions and they actually picked up the phone— and David is being friendly and helpful, and actually calling back with any answers he doesn’t have on the spot!
