This place is a joke forgot to submit my insurance information for my assessment. The only time they called was to ask for money out of pocket for the assessment after I was on the phone with them and my insurance company . I got a call about the bill nothing to do with any treatment plan this was 3 weeks later . The counselor was more preoccupied with her phone during the assessment then listening to me at any point . Friendly staff here. Lady in the front makes homemade muffins and let me try a couple.
If you have any say, avoid this treatment center. Incredibly high staff turnover, failure to submit vital paperwork, continuous problems with diluted UAs, and a grumpy and vindictive director make it a nightmare for people in recovery. In 9 months, only 1 counselor is the same as when I started. I saw 5 people leave abruptly - as in one day all is fine, the next day, sorry, you have to get a new counselor! RIDICULOUS.
