Forcing me into treatment and drug testing for stuff I don't even do just so they can collect money from my insurance company. I don't need treatment I need anxiety medicine this is a complete waste of my time and should be illegal! I know who made the decision too the lady with the biggest attitude there. Thanks for wasting my time and forcing me to do stuff I should not be doing in the first place! Absolutely terrible.
While I am thankful that treatment centers exist, between WS and Agape, I am over the inconsistency and lack of professionalism. When I was attending, there was a woman who used slurs casually during meetings. Though she doesn't work there now, it took way too long for her to be let go. It's been nearly three years since I completed my courses, and my information was never sent to the DOL. 3 stars because I ultimately decided not to go through these guys for my proactive drug and alcohol assessment, so I can't give a poor rating for services I didn't receive, only for the elements of the business I did experience. Very early Monday I filled out a web form on their website to request info about being assessed, but never received a call or an email by late Wednesday. Kind of annoying and not a good impression.
