3 stars because I ultimately decided not to go through these guys for my proactive drug and alcohol assessment, so I can't give a poor rating for services I didn't receive, only for the elements of the business I did experience. Very early Monday I filled out a web form on their website to request info about being assessed, but never received a call or an email by late Wednesday. Kind of annoying and not a good impression. Absolutely the worst place anyone could ever go to Period . Bogus urine tests and counseling is worthless . They did absolutely nothing for me
